• Cryptocurrency mining profitability is not guaranteed and depends on market conditions, network difficulty, and electricity costs. Miners R Us is not liable for financial losses or downtime related to mining operations.

• All products are sold as described. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their setup (power supply, cooling, environment, etc.).

• Any disputes will be handled under Australian consumer law where applicable, but this does not override our no returns policy unless the product is not as described.
