Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incompatibility, or mining performance issues.

This policy follows the same approach as eBay’s guidelines for cryptocurrency mining equipment.

Warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer under their own terms (e.g., Bitmain, Goldshell, IceRiver).

Miners R Us does not provide additional warranty or servicing beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

For warranty claims, buyers must contact the manufacturer or their authorised service centre and follow their process. Shipping costs and customs clearance costs related to warranty claims are the buyer’s responsibility.
